We ship within the United States only.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

The free shipping threshold is evaluated on your order total after any discounts have been applied. Delivery estimates are business days after dispatch and do not include the 1–2 day processing time.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us. If tracking has not updated within a few business days, contact us and we will look into it.
Delays outside our control
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier backlogs and public holidays can add time. We will always help you trace a delayed parcel.
Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you to arrange redelivery; redelivery shipping is payable by you.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email info@cappyroots.com within 7 days with a photo and we will replace or refund it at our cost.
