Returns and refunds
We want you to be satisfied with your order. Unopened jars and pouches can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
What can be returned
- Unopened products, within 30 days of delivery, in their original packaging.
- Damaged, defective or incorrect items, at any point within 7 days of delivery. Send us a photo and we will make it right at our cost — you will not pay return shipping on these.
What cannot be returned
- Opened or partially used products. As a consumable supplement, these cannot be resold and are not eligible for return.
- Products returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Digital products, which cannot be returned once the download has been provided.
How to start a return
Email info@cappyroots.com or call +1 802-868-1001 with your order number and, if the item arrived damaged or incorrect, a photo. We will confirm the return and tell you where to send it. Please do not send a return before contacting us.
Return shipping
You pay return shipping on a change-of-mind return. We pay it when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
There is no restocking fee.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post it.
Original shipping charges are not refunded, except where the return is the result of our error or a damaged or defective item.
Cancellations and address changes
We dispatch quickly. If you need to cancel or correct an address, contact us as soon as possible — we can usually help before the order ships, but not afterwards.
