What’s in Focus?

Is there caffeine in it?

No. Focus is caffeine-free by design, so you get clarity without jitters or an afternoon crash.*

How many gummies is a serving?

When should I take it?

Morning or early afternoon works well. Because there is no caffeine, a later serving will not keep you up.
